Health & Safety Policy Statement
Gwil Industries Inc. strives to provide first class service to customers while preventing any personal injury or property damage. This goal is attained with the commitment of everyone employed by the Company or engaged by the Company.
Our commitment is to place the highest priority on health and safety and to allocate necessary resources for training all employees to the highest possible safety standards.
Managers and supervisors are responsible for identifying and eliminating potential job hazards, training employees in the safe operation of equipment and ensuring company safe work procedures are followed.
Operations and all other workers are responsible for correct assembly, operation, and maintenance of equipment, to follow Company safe work procedures and to use personal safety equipment when required.
Sub-Contractors are responsible for their equipment and employees and must comply with the safety requirements of Gwil Industries and our customers.
Compliance with the Company Health and Safety Program is a condition of employment at Gwil Industries Inc.
